24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time has been reserved for you. As a courtesy to your therapist and fellow patients, we ask that you provide us with 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, or a cancellation fee equal to the full visit will be charged.

Refund Policy

Please note that all fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

Damages Policy

Breath and Health Alternative Medical Centre is not liable for any damages or injuries incurred during treatments. No claim whatsoever will arise against Breath and Health Alternative Medical Centre and its management authorities by virtue of a client’s use of the premises or participation in any treatments.

Appointment Times

Please arrive on time. Late arrival will result in a shortened or resheduled appointment with applicable charges.

Medical Conditions

Please inform us of all relevant health conditions when you book your appointment so that we can make the best therapeutic decisions and recommendations.

Initial Client Intake

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment to fill out a confidential medical history form, following which you will receive a complimentary general health checkup by one of our physicians.

Peaceful Environment

Please help in preserving a tranquil environment by refraining from smoking on the premises and/or using a mobile phone during your visit.
